New Broad Street, Pinson Road exit ramp expected to open this week as construction continues on service road

FORNEY, Texas — The new exit ramp to Broad Street and Pinson Road is expected to open November 1 as crews continue work on the south service road of U.S. Highway 80 in Forney, according to digital construction signs along the highway.

The exit ramp will temporarily serve as the Pinson Road exit until a new exit is constructed just east of the current Broad Street exit that will be closed with the opening of the new, permanent exit.
