Grand Prairie (Lynn Creek Park—Monday, October 23, 2017)—On a bright and sunny day, several Forney ISD runners competed in the Class 5A Region II Cross Country Meet.
The head line performance for the Forney ISD runners on this day was definitely turned in by North Forney’s freshman sensation Lexus Eudy. At the beginning of the race, a very focused Ms. Eudy made sure to stay with the lead pack of runners. Later in the race, she also made a powerful move as she climbed one of the hills on the course.
