Third arrest made in CYA Guns and Ammo burglary

FORNEY, Texas — A third person has been arrested in connection with the most recent burglary at CYA Guns and Ammo in Forney, according to the Forney Police Department. 18-year-old Christian Esparza was arrested and charged with burglary of a building and engaging in organized criminal activity. He is being held at the Kaufman County Jail on bonds totaling $40,000.

The other two arrests, in connection with the June 4, 2017, burglary of CYA, were of 17-year-old Brian Morales and an unnamed juvenile, according to Forney Police Department Investigator Sandra Rankin.
