Lucas—On Friday, October 13, the Forney Jackrabbit football team had a nightmare of a game when Lovejoy blew them out by a count of 63-15.
With the victory, Lovejoy improves to 1-5 overall on the season and 1-2 in District 15-5A play while Forney falls to 2-4 and 1-2 respectively. Note: Lovejoy has played a very tough schedule against several playoff caliber teams so far this season.
