Director of Community Development presents current development report on residential properties

During a lengthy City Council meeting Tuesday night, Peter Morgan, the City of Forney’s Director of Community Development, gave a report, accompanied by a Power Point presentation, on the current development of residential properties.

Morgan began his presentation by saying that 417 new home permit starts had been issued this year and that this is the most since 2005-2006. Morgan added that there are still two months to go in the city’s current fiscal year.
