GOD continues His judgment against the gods of Egypt with plague #8 which is against “Seth”, the god of storms and thunder. GOD hardened Pharaoh’s heart after the plague of hail and fire. This plague would be locusts covering the whole land of Egypt.
Think about the state of Oklahoma being covered with locusts about ½ to 1 inch deep so you could not see the ground. Every green plant and tree was eaten up everywhere except in the land of Goshen. GOD was in charge of His plan to bring the nation of Israel out of Egypt.
