Texas, Wednesday July 19, 2017—the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division and SWAT Team executed a search warrant in the 1300 block of Highland Acres in rural Kaufman County. Roy Handley, 44 of Kaufman was arrested for the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance - >1g, Penalty Group 2, Possession of Marijuana <4oz >5lbs, and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.
