BROWNWOOD, Texas —Sixteen Forney ISD Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) cadets recently attended and graduated from two separate leadership courses held at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas during the week of June 4. One of the courses that the cadets attended was the Cadet Staff Leadership Course (CSLC) and the second course was the Cadet Leadership Course (CLC).
The Forney ISD AFJROTC cadets that attended the Cadet Staff Leadership Course (CSLC) were Benjamin Barberiz, Zakary Clark, Chilton Conner, Savannah Delaney, Daniel Fisher, Dustin Hicks, Jacob Rodriguez and Kenneth Smith. A total of 29 schools and 204 cadets across the State of Texas participated in the CSLC.
