Israel’s cry came up before GOD and He saw it was time to start their delivery from bondage in Egypt. We should remember that GOD made this plan a long time before it happened. He knew the exact time and when to deliver them from slavery. GOD knew exactly what was happening to them and what He was going to do next.
Keep in mind that everything GOD does on the earth is for the benefit of people. Sometimes it may seem strange and not what we would do, but GOD sees all of Heaven and earth and has wisdom and power is beyond our imagination. I believe the reason GOD does not tell us some things is because our minds are not big enough to understand it.
