Firing a winning coach doesn’t make sense

If you take the Dallas Morning News, you may have seen a story on the first page of Tuesday’s sports section. The headline read, “Champion DeSoto may replace coach”.
According to the story, which was written by Dallas Morning News staff writer Ben Baby, the DeSoto ISD school board, in a meeting Monday night, discussed the status of DeSoto High School football coach Todd Peterman, who lead the Eagles to their first state championship in 2016.
