Joseph has been sold into Egypt where GOD will use him to continue His plan for the redemption of mankind, but now let’s go back and see how the devil (Satan) has tried to destroy everything GOD does.
Before the flood, after Satan tempted Eve to sin against GOD and Adam and Eve were cast out of the Garden of Eden, Satan led men to become so wicked that their sin must have reached up to heaven. That’s why GOD brought the flood to destroy them. One man (Noah) believed GOD and GOD’S great love prevented Him from destroying him. For Noah’s sake, GOD saved his three sons also. As soon as the flood was over and the dry land restored, Noah planted a vineyard and when he drank too much wine, he became drunk. Satan saw his opportunity to hinder once more, so he led Ham (one of Noah’s sons) to commit a sinful act on Noah while Noah was asleep, and when Noah found out, he cursed Ham’s son and made him a servant to the other brother’s descendants.
