California offers another cutting-edge social solution

California, often on the cutting edge when it comes to social innovation, may have done it again.
Gov. Jerry Brown recently signed into law a state measure requiring that all single-stall toilets in California be labeled gender-neutral. Under the law, businesses and governments had to post signs labeling them as non-gender-specific on all single-occupant rest rooms by Mar. 1, 2017.
