As technology increases and brings more things out where we can see them, our faith seems to fade and grow weaker. Heb. 11:1 says faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. I believe that means that unseen things can only be revealed by faith. For example, it is only by faith that we can explain things that are unseen. The only way we can explain faith is by our works. When people see our works, (service to GOD), and want to know why we are doing that, the door is opened to explain salvation by faith in GOD and His Word. If we sit at home and claim we have faith, who will believe it? If we don’t show more than the world shows, who will want what we have? Jesus placed the highest value on faith. Jesus said the worlds were formed by faith. He also said if we have faith the size of a mustard seed we could move mountains. I believe the reason GOD does not give us that much faith is, if we get mad at our neighbors we might set a mountain down on their house.
